We have been in business since 1980 (and online since 1999) offering car hire services from our base in downtown Nairobi. We provide Four Wheel Drives (4x4's / SUV's / Jeeps) for self drive safari use. These can be used to visit Kenya's famous National Parks and beaches. We also provide saloon (sedan) cars for the town user.

January 2010 - Next month will be the 30th anniversary of Central Rent a Car! Feb 1980 to Feb 2010 under the same ownership and management! Another piece of BIG news is that we are adding roof-tent and camping equipped off-roaders to the fleet! We purchased BRAND NEW Mitsubishi Pajero diesels for the task at the end of last year and we are currently installing and testing all the extras needed for a roof-tent 4x4. These vehicles will be ready for you in February! Here's to another 30 years in the Kenyan car hire industry!

Our insurance excess is exceptionally low - only KShs. 2000/= (about 25 US Dollars) in case of accident/theft of the vehicle. This insurance is included standard. NO EXTRA CDW / TPW / ELW CHARGES!
